Brooke Mueller is now refusing to talk with police about her accusation that Sheen choked her!
“It is not uncommon where a victim in the throes of an event says some things and thereafter the story seems to change,” Chief Deputy D.A. Arnold Mordkin told reporters on Saturday.
Mordkin is planning on filing charges against Sheen during his next court date on February 8th, and Mueller may be in trouble with the law too.
“I often file [criminal charges] against someone who falsely accuses someone,” said the D.A.
