Okay so he’s not really a ‘new beau’ per se, because Jessica Simpson’s been secretly dating the former NFL star since May, but the happy couple have only just decided to go public and make it official.
On Sunday Jessica posted a picture of Eric on her Twitter with the message, “I met a wonderful man. Damn I’m lucky!” – Wow, cheesefest!
Meanwhile, we spotted Jessica and Eric leaving a hotel in midtown Manhattan yesterday afternoon. Aw, look how happy they look!
Safe sex is a serious issue. That’s why JLS donned their most solemn expressions earlier today when they released their own range of condoms. No shit.
It’s all part of the band’s new charity the JLS Foundation which aims to raise awareness of safe sex. As part of the initiative the boys will be releasing their own range of johnnies which they’re calling Just Love Safe. Apparently they’ll be available in all the JLS colours – blue, green, yellow and red that is. Speaking about the campaign recently bandmember JB said that the group were really happy to be using their celeb status to ‘give something back’ to society. Er, isn’t the point of the campaign that they don’t give something back to society?

Wowsa!
As he begins to tour for his Take That comeback, Robbie Williams is purchasing a a $7.5 million Tudor home in Tunbridge Wells, England.
“He asked the barmaid about the area. It’s the talk of the village,” claims an insider from the town.
The 15th-century property not only boasts a six-bedroom home, but a converted oast house and two cottages.
Let’s hope this isn’t premature!

They’re the picture of marital bliss, and Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos were spotted enjoying each other’s company in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on Wednesday afternoon (September 8).
The TV show host babe and her studly hubby walked along the street hand-in-hand after wrapping up lunch at celebrity favorite, Balthazar.
Over the weekend, the happy couple attended the 35th Annual Hampton Classic Horse Show in Bridgehampton, NY to watch their 9-year-old daughter Lola compete in advanced jumping classes.
After Lola and her pony, Dawn’s Early Light, scored two second place ribbons, proud daddy Mark told People Magazine, “She really had a lot of fun.” He added, “I’m in charge of the shoe shining. Kelly does the ribbons.”

As the final episode of Big Brother fast approaches (well unless it gets revived on Channel Five that is) Davina McCall made a shock entrance (well it was shocking for the housemates anyway – we all knew she was going to go in) in the UBB pad a short time ago today.
And once in the house the BB presenter was given a secret task by the Tree of Temptation to read letters from home to all of the housemates. But seeing as it was one of her last duties for BB (for the foreseeable future at least) Davina ended up getting all emotional when the Tree of Temptation told her he loved her. *Wipes tear from eye*

Rumours have been floating around about this for a while but now CNN have officially announced that Piers Morgan will be replacing Larry King as the host of his long-running news based chatshow.
And unsurprisingly the Britain’s Got Talent judge seems rather happy about his appointment as host of the very high-profile show: “I have watched Larry King Live for much of the last 25 years, and dreamed of one day filling the legendary suspenders of the man I consider to be the greatest TV interviewer of them all.” Yeah enough with the sucking up Piers, you’ve got the job already time to give it a rest..

Usually band front men can pull off (or at least they try to) all kinds of crazy, quirky, outrageous outfits – however no matter how hard he tries Matt Bellamy will never ever look good wearing a leather, tasselled, black man bag.
But we can hardly fault him for that because most men, no matter how edgy they are, could make this accessory look good on them, and besides we’ve got a sneaking suspicion it was actually Kate Hudson’s bag that he was holding and he was just being a dutiful boyfriend by clinging onto it for her during a day out in Switzerland. Willing to look like an arse for his girlfriend – he’s definitely a keeper then…

Even though she’s got a garage jam-packed full of cars, Katie Price decided she wanted to splash out on yet another four wheeled drive earlier today.
A few hours ago we spotted the model (plus her daughter Princess and her friend Phil Turner) buying a new range rover in London. Perhaps Jord’s just needed a little retail therapy after reading today’s reports that her mother-in-law has begged her son Alex Reid to leave her. “Alex’s mum just can’t bear to watch him self-destruct in his marriage to Jordan” a source told Now magazine. “She looks at him and sees a shadow of his former self. She just wishes he would leave her.’ The magazine also alleges that the cagefighter’s mum has been having some strong words with her son about the matter, and what’s more he’s been listening to what she’s got to say. Apparently he feels like he’ll be worthless without Katie, but his mum’s been telling him: “The public love him and he doesn’t need Jordan to succeed” Um, yeah, sure…
