After spending the day hard at work, an adorably dressed Kourtney Kardashian and babydaddy Scott Disick were spotted heading out for a quiet dinner together on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach on Wednesday (March 3).

Greeted by fans and paparazzi upon exiting the Dash boutique, Scott dutifully held the door for Kourtney while constantly checking to make sure that she was okay.

With the twosome heading off for the evening’s meal, Miss Kardashian left her recently arrived sister to tend to babysitting duties with little Mason.

In not so pleasant news, Scott’s past ways have recently been outed by a former classmate named Jason Green, who told In Touch Weekly magazine, “Scott had a couple of nicknames in high school. One was Number One Scum, and the other was STD.”

“There were just as many rumors about him then as there are now. Scott thought the initials STD — sexually transmitted disease — enhanced his reputation as a ladies’ man. He even wore dog tags with ‘STD’ printed on them!”

Not a wise choice, Miz Ke$ha. You don’t mess with pop royalty.

In an attempt to appear like a genuine artist, Ke$ha decided to run her mouth off and attack Britney Spears for not singing live at her concerts. She says it’s “bullshit” for any artist to call themselves as such and not vocally perform live and considers Britney’s excuses for keeping close to the track completely unfair. Ke$ha says:

“I don’t think that’s fair at all for people who are going to see the show. I think if you are going to be a singer, you should sing. If you are going to be a dancer, you should dance. If you are going to do a combination of the two, you should make it very clear when you are singing and very clear when you are dancing. I would never do that to my fans. No offense to her specifically but people have asked me before to mime. I have been up at three in the morning for a television show with jet lag but I refuse to mime. It’s treating people as if they are too stupid to realize you are not actually singing. Sometimes it is hard to sing and dance at the same time but I would rather be off and be real and genuine about it to my fans. I don’t want to treat my fans like they are stupid.”

No, you just urge them to mi$$pell words for the fun of it, use black eyeliner to draw on their face and brush their teeth with Jack Daniels. That in no way advances the level of stupidity in America.

Hush up, girl! We’ve heard you live and we’d much prefer you with loads of auto-tune attached! At least it covers up the drunken rasp you constantly are spewing!

Ke$ha Is Starting Shiz With Britney

Over the weekend it was widely reported that Keisha Buchanan was planning to sue the new version of the Sugababes over their name as, in all fairness to her, she did actually found the band.

Well it seems as though those reports weren’t true; actually Mutya Buena is suing the group over their name (oh, that’s a turn up for the books isn’t it?), and if successful the singer will own the rights to use the Sugababes name on goods like CDs, DVDs and books throughout Europe.

Mutya, who quit the girl-group in 2005, has applied to the European Trademarks Authority for permission for use of the name. Her request has been registered, but so far not approved.

All three founding members of the group (including Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy) have been named on the trademark application however the legal firm behind the move confirmed earlier today that Mutya is the “sole applicant”.

Do you think Mutya’s right to be taking action against the brand new Sugababes (you know, the group without any of the original founding members in it at all) or should she just leave them alone to get on with it?

As we all know Kerry Katona has finally got rid of Mark Croft (about time to) after the ex-cabbie accused her of having an affair with her personal trainer.

Kerry and Mark have broken up numerous times before in the past, but have subsequently reunited soon after. However sources close to the former Iceland star have suggested that this time round the pair have split up for good as Kerry’s got a new-found confidence after losing loads and loads of weight. A source said:

“She’s told Mark to believe what he wants to believe. This time she’s not as scared to face life alone if Mark continues to be a pain and, as we all know, a drain on her resources.”

That’s just as well really Kerry, because according to reports Mark’s already moved in with another woman! Shame.

Funnily enough we bumped into the newly single Kerry in London earlier today where she was headed for a business meeting (?!) for whatever it is she does for a living these days. Which is what exactly?
